Natural Treatment for Whooping Cough and Sore Throat

Whooping cough

Home Remedies For Cough And Sore Throat

Here is another article of mine on home remedies of cough and soar throat. Cough along with soar throat is more painful.

There are many home remedies used to soothe sore throat as well as cure cough.


1)Make tea by adding 1 teaspoon of aniseed and 1 teaspoon of basil(tulsi) and take 3 three times a day regularly

2)Make a mixture of honey, black pepper and cinnamon, add it in hot milk and drink before going bed. It is a wonderful home remedy for cough and sore throat

3)Make tea with a tea bag, sugar, black pepper, feebel powder and cinnamon and sip hot.


4)Take a few basil leaves, ginger, black pepper and honey and make a mixture. Add a teaspoon of this mixture in hot milk and drink it, it is also effective one.

5)Eat Peanut butter, honey and banana sandwich

6)Drink elderberry extract in a glass of water

7)Drink hot honey and lemonade

8)Eat a few grapes after every 10 minutes, you can eat raisin if grapes were not available

9)Take a pinch saffron with hot milk in the morning and evening

10)Take pot of water boil it add a sppon of vicks in it and mix it well. Now put a towel on your head hanging around your face and inhale in the pot. You can also try it with vinegar inplace of vicks.

11)
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

Make a mixture and take 2-3 teaspoon of this mixture twice a day, for more intense cases three or four times a day



Note: Do not give honey to infants and child less than 1&1/2 year
